Through swimming-specific programs, serious athletes are able to reach their full potential by completing strength and speed training to differentiate them from their compeition.

JUNIOR LEVELS - The junior levels are for younger players (around 12 to 17 years).
SENIOR LEVELS - The senior programs are for 18 year olds and up.

Level 1 is the most important phase for you because it will produce real gains in the pool over the coming months. AU$18.00
Level 2 is all about ensuring joint stability and producing some serious gains in strength. As a junior, this is important to extend your swimming career and to avoid injuries. AU$18.00
Level 3 begins to work on your base Power Development. The power that will help to give you explosive starts and turns. AU$18.00
