The program design will progress you through set and rep patterns for each exercise. Record the date, the weights you lift and any questions you need to ask your coach.
This Level 1 program is thr frist in a series of 4 programs that covers the essential building blocks to become a better golfer. Lewvel one is a foundation month where the building blocks for later gains are laid. In the first month, you will improve in your stability and develop Bio feedback and level out your muscle groups.
The levelling out of muscle groups will in turn, lower the chance of injury and make your body more stable.
