Our simple to follow program layout includes photos, videos and coaching cues for each and every exercise.
The program design will progress you through set and rep patterns for each exercise. Record the date, the weights you lift and any questions you need to ask your coach.
The Level 3 is where you start to really push your football fitness to new heights with the specific conditioning for your anaerobic capacity.
With the introduction of upper and lower body power training you will be able to explode off the mark and jump higher for heading than ever before.
It is also where your new found speed is converted to footspeed and agility for your more football specific movements.
