Level 1This program is the start of building a robust, fast, agile and powerful hockey player. Hockey demands the athlete to produce power whilst being in challenging positions. Level 1 works through slow and controlled movements to allow for muscular development specifically through the lower body. 

Level 2 - With Hockey being a sport that demands high velocity based movements, the introduction of power and the increase in difficulty of the movement section in this level 2 program will challenge athletes of all abilities. Whether your position requires a high level of aerobic capacity, the ability to change direction fast or even for players in goal, level 2 will reach your needs. 

Level 3 - With the lowering of sets in the strength section and increase in volume of the power section, level 3 is where the hockey player will get strong and powerful! The increase in difficulty in the stability section also tests the athlete in all different planes and will specifically help players when hitting or slapping the ball. With the hinging pattern already been learnt, the athlete will move onto learn some Olympic lifting movements; which transfer to an explosive start off the mark. This will be perfect for a runner on a short corner or anyone making a lead to get away from a defender. 

Level 4 - This is all about moving fast, both in the weight room and in the movement section. You have put in the work with the previous 3 levels and now you can reap the rewards and after finishing with this program, you will be strong, powerful and fit enough to be able to deliver when it matters!
