Level 3 is the stepping-stone between our foundational movement patterns and performance.

The increasing nature in difficulty of the stability and power sections challenges the athlete’s ability to resist rotation and unwanted movements throughout the trunk when trying to produce force.

Furthermore, the speed and agility components get more specific in relation to what will be performed on the cricket field.
