The program design will progress you through set and rep patterns for each exercise. Record the date, the weights you lift and any questions you need to ask your coach.
Level 3 will get more involved in power movements and more complex agility while still building on your strength.
Reaction agility and plyometic (jumping & throwing) exercises will be intergrating in with your strength training exercises to produce the best results possible.
