Junior American Football Level 1 - The aim of this program is to build stability throughout the body and teach the athlete basic movement and deceleration mechanics. The slow and controlled nature of this program will allow the athlete to focus on technique, muscle growth and minimise stress throughout the joints of the body.

Junior American Football Level 2 - This program builds on what was learnt and performed in level 1. This program will aim continue to improve the stability and patterning of movement for the athlete in order to transfer into more challenging strength and power exercises during level 3 and 4 programs.  The high reps are used to build a strong foundation of muscle and for your body to learn each movement more effectively.

Junior American Football Level 3 will get more involved in power movements and more complex agility while still building on your strength. Your power lifts and plyometric (jumping & throwing) exercises will be intergrating in with your strength training exercises to produce the best results possible. Your strength training goes back to higher repetitions to set us up for the final program for before the season starts.

Junior American Football Level 4 will produce the gains in power and speed that you were always looking for. It is one thing to become strong, it is another thing to become truly powerful! We will combine this with great speed & agility training that will truly produce results that you never would have experienced before. It is funny, but many people think that they have been doing a good strength program until they do one of ours. I think that you will know what I mean by the time you order this program.
