JUNIOR LEVELS - The junior levels are for younger players (around 12 to 17 years).
SENIOR LEVELS - The senior programs are for 18 year olds and up.
Level 1 will address a lot of injury reduction exercises. The athlete will build stability throughout the body and learn the basic movement patterns (deceleration and change of direction).
Level 2 will reduce the volume and make you feel stronger. You will start to get into speed and agility training to improve your court movement. AU$18.00
Level 3 will again increase the volume and the exercises will get more specific to movements in tennis. AU$18.00
