We have found that when athletes start with Level 1, they are taught the foundations of quality land work and are able to build and progress on that knowledge simply by advancing to the next level!

Levels 5 - 8 - These are the next 4 progressive Swimming Specific Warm Ups. The Acceleration Dynamic Warm Up series is aimed at the more advanced swimmer programs start at level 5 continuing on from the previous series of swimmer specific warm ups, they are taught the next progressions of quality land work and are able to build and progress on that knowledge gained in the first series.
