With the lowering of sets in the strength section and increase in volume of the power section, Level 3 is where the hockey player will get strong and powerful! 

The increase in difficulty in the stability section also tests the athlete in all different planes and will specifically help players when hitting or slapping the ball. 

With the hinging pattern already been learnt, the athlete will move onto learn some Olympic lifting movements; which transfer to an explosive start off the mark.
