The program design will progress you through set and rep patterns for each exercise. Record the date, the weights you lift and any questions you need to ask your coach.
Level 3 - This program will build on the stability work already done in previous programs by focussing more on loading certain muscle groups that are frequently used in Basketball.
Once the athlete is performing movements well, the next stage is to be strong through these movements.
The reps will lower so we can encourage you to overload with weight.
This will help to transfer the strength and functional size gained from this program onto the Basketball court.
